The scope of the project includes: 1. Preparation of PFU 2. Reconstruction of the existing historic office and service building (a stone house) located in Opole on ul. Damrota 1/Krakowska 49 listed in the Register of Monuments of the Opole Voivodeship under the number 188/2012. The task, in addition to construction and installation works, also includes the purchase of the necessary equipment (equipment, furnishings) necessary for the proper execution of the project; 3. Revitalisation of Krakowska street/from Freedom Square to Damrota Street and the square at Damrota Street in time with preparation of documentation and copyright supervision 4. Investor and original supervision of the tenement house 5. Investor supervision (Skwer and St. Kraków) 6. Promotion of the project 7. Carrying out awareness campaigns on social activation and civic participation. Indirect costs and in-kind contributions in the form of real estate are also included in the project’s costs. Planned output indicators: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities: 1 pcs Number of projects which financed the costs of rational improvement for people with disabilities: 1 pcs Number of infrastructure facilities supported in revitalised areas: 1 pcs Area of revitalisation areas: 0.93 ha. Population living in areas covered by integrated urban development strategies: 22,000 people. Open space created or rehabilitated in urban areas: 8976,40 m². Public or commercial buildings built or renovated in urban areas: 319,60 m². Project participation in the area covered by the revitalisation programme: IT’S 100 %.
