Revitalisation of the City Stadium and revitalisation of the walking route at ul. Wall in Oleśno

Implementation of the project is one of the key tasks of the municipality of Olesno included in its LPR. The project shall include: modernisation of the walkway on the street. Wall in Oleśno and revitalisation of the city stadium in Oleśno. The degraded and mostly unused urban space adversely affects the population living around the area, exacerbating the phenomenon of social exclusion.The state of the walking route is unsatisfactory. Bridges, benches, baskets are very damaged, paths lined with tree roots. The condition of small architecture devices is exploited. The area is rarely frequented by residents. The revitalisation of the walking route will consist of the main avenue and recreational area. The main avenue will be lined with granite slabs with pots and green plantings. Bridges will be rebuilt, stairs to the creek. Among the green are wooden deck chairs, attractive benches, new baskets, LED light points. Revitalisation of the city stadium will include: a full-size football field with natural grass; 8 m of balls; shelters for reserve players; treadmill 6 track athletics; disc projections; ball projections; jumps upwards, long jumps and three jumps (material tartan and concrete); grass training grounds. An external gym, fitness equipment for all ages will be installed. Spaces, objects will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Output indicators achieved in 2018: Number of facilities adapted to the needs of people with disabilities – 2 pcs; Number of infrastructure facilities supported in revitalised areas-2 pcs; area of revitalisation – 4,65 ha; Open space created or rehabilitated in urban areas-18.500 m²;Project participation in the area covered by the revitalisation programme – 100 %
