The project involves the implementation and commissioning of 61 e-services in the field of operation of municipal public administration for residents of the Beneficiary Commune, entrepreneurs, other persons dealing with official matters and 2 A2A e-services within administration. E-services will be at the highest level of maturity and transactivity (personalisation) and will offer the possibility of ePayment. E-services will be available through an electronic platform, which will also exploit the possibilities of the national e-PUAP and Trusted Profile. It is planned to modernise the beneficiary’s ICT infrastructure, adapting it to the requirements related to the provision of e-services, purchase of hardware and software, training of staff of the Municipal Office. As part of the project will be conducted Audit and Test of Information Security, Audit of Compliance with regard to the processing of personal data. The project has a very positive impact on the economic sphere of the region. This is confirmed by the multiplicity of e-services, in particular those aimed at entrepreneurs and economic benefits for all target groups. E-personalised services make it easier to conduct business, and the possibility of dealing with matters online reduces the costs of conducting it. Electronicisation also facilitates contact with the administration. Finally, an integrated coherent system will be created, enabling the implementation of e-services. Products which will be created as a result of the implementation of the project: number of trainees – 42 (by 21 women and men), number of public services made available online at least 4 (transaction) – 61, number of intra-administrative services made available (A2A) – 2, number of entities providing intra-administrative services (A2A) – 1, number of ICT systems in entities performing public tasks – 5, storage space of the server room – 9,2 TB.
