The subject of the project is the implementation of e-administrative services in local self-government units – Keyborski District, Kluczbork and Oleskie District – and modernisation of the IT infrastructure of these entities through the purchase of computer hardware and software. The project leader is Keybor County, partners are Kluczbork and Oleski County. As part of the project, individual JSTs will implement software to improve the work of offices through the introduction of an electronic document circulation system, an electronic register of correspondence and an electronic citizen’s office – a public e-service platform, which allows citizens to handle most cases in the county or city office via the Internet, using e-payments among others. The project will improve the availability and quality of services provided by local governments, improve the service of citizens and businesses, increase the availability of public services provided online. E-services will be launched to enable customers to replace traditional forms of contact, thereby reducing the time-consuming process. The project through its scope will have a positive impact on the development of the information society. The objectives (products) of the project are: 1. Number of persons covered by training/advice in the field of digital competence – 170. 2. Number of persons covered by training/advice on digital competences – women – 85. 3. Number of persons covered by digital competence training/advice – men – 85. 4. Number of projects which financed the cost of rational improvement for people with disabilities – 1.00. 5. Number of public services made available online with a degree of maturity of at least 4 – transaction of 273,00 pieces. 6.
