The main objective of the project “Development of electronic public services in e-government in the Municipal Office of Nysa” is to make public e-services available to citizens to improve the efficiency of the management and dissemination of electronic communications in public institutions. 16 e-services (14 at 5 level of maturity and 2 at 3 maturity level) will be implemented at the Municipal Office in Nysa. The project is dictated by the need to implement an accessible administration, where the user can adapt the service to his needs. Within the above e-services, 25 interactive forms will be launched on the e-PUAP platform, thanks to which official matters can be handled electronically from beginning to end. The development of e-services will increase the quality of education and the level of level playing field for people living in rural areas, thereby increasing their access to the labour market. The planned access to ICT broadly understood, including e-services, will also take into account the limitations of people with varying degrees of disability and the opportunities of seniors. The material scope of the project assumes the implementation and implementation of an integrated ICT platform, including the implementation of the following elements: building a portal compatible with WCAG 2.0., implementation of EBOI, implementation of e-payment system, modernisation of the Public Information Bulletin, purchase of databases, integration of field systems operating within the Office, implementation of a public e-service platform providing data from domain systems, making public consultation services and civic budget services available to residents, implementation of a mobile application, implementation of Profili Trusted Recognition Point. Two servers will be purchased to secure the collection and flow of information related to the implementation of the e-service platform. The Office’s staff will be trained to prepare for proper and efficient service of interested parties on the basis of the system implemented. The products are described in point B.1 annexes
