The main objective of the project is to develop entrepreneurship and self-employment in the period up to 31 May 2018, by creating 29 new jobs and maintaining them for a minimum period of 12 months by residents of the Bielsko subregion. Promoting and supporting self-employment is one of the ways to mitigate the problem of insufficient supply of job offers. Those who want to start a business need not only financial support, but also professional advice on planning, starting and running a business. In view of these expectations, the project is planned to combine, as part of the main tasks, the distribution necessary for the start-up and operation of financial resources (grants, bridge support) with the transfer of knowledge and skills (training, advice, exchange of experience). Support will be addressed to people after 30, the unemployed, job-seekers and inactive people who are at the most vulnerable in the labour market: women; long-term unemployed; low-skilled people; disabled and post-50 people, as they face the biggest barriers to finding employment. 50 people (33K/17M) will receive specialised advice tailored to their individual needs in the field of business planning and conducting business, while 29 people will, thanks to grants and bridging support, set up their own company and will run it for a year on preferential terms. The project is tailored to the needs of people who want to get out of the unemployment situation by creating a job for themselves. The main results of this project are the creation of 28 new jobs in the subregion and an increase in the level of knowledge and skills of participants.
