The project is in response to the need to create a branch for children 3-4 years old, to increase the attractiveness of the educational offer of the PLO from the area of Dobrzyniewo Large, of which 3 PLOs did not benefit from ESF support from 9.1.1 between 2007 and 13. The target group of the project consists of 250 (131dz, 119ch) and 16 teachers (15K/1M) from the PLO in Fasty, Pogorzałki, Nowy Aleksandrów, Dobrzyniew D. and Obrubniki.
