The main objective of P is to improve the quality and attractiveness of preschool offer in the municipality of Szczuczyn, leading to reducing the disparities between preschool education in rural and urban areas compared to large urban areas by: Children’s educational services (equipment of children’s education, etc.) – extension of the offer of the OWP to include additional classes equalising the educational opportunities of children (i.e. the lack of speech, corrective and compensatory courses) – improvement of skills and professional competences of teachers of OWP (schools in the field of work with children, etc.) The main results of P: — Number of pre-school branches covered by funding: 2 – Number of children covered by the programme by additional activities increasing their educational opportunities in pre-school education: 75 – Number of teachers who have acquired qualifications or competences: 6 Complementary project with the Applicant’s project submitted under measure 8.2 Pre-school infrastructure, vocational and continuing training, which provides for adaptation of the premises of the Primary School in Szczuczyn for the purpose of creating pre-school branches for 75 children 3-4 l.
