Within the Integrated Project of Action 3.2.1RPO: Preparation and implementation of Indicative Plans Educational.– incl. 3731 adults (2053 K) and gaining qualifications/acquisition of competences by 2239 adults (1232K) by at least 80 % of low-skilled/50+ people living in the Lomżyń subregion, wishing to obtain qualifications on their own initiative, develop their competences or increase skills in the area of ICT, foreign languages, general competences or by participating in postgraduate studies by 30.06.2020. I. Grant Project "so-called Training voucher', including: 1. training and courses addressed to adults who, on their own initiative, are interested in developing ICT competences/qualifications in foreign languages and acquiring, supplementing or upgrading skills through general competence courses; 2. developing the competences and skills of adults relevant to their functioning on the labour market, with a view to acquiring or changing their qualifications and level of education, through postgraduate studies; 3. Educational and vocational guidance for adults who, on their own initiative, are interested in getting help in diagnosing needs and choosing and finding the right educational offer. Task 1 Pro-awareness actions of adults * Creating 7 Service Offices (written: Lomżyński, Zambrowski, Kolneński, Highmazowiec, Siemist and Hajnowski + NOT Łomża) and 2 subregional Obsługi Offices (m. Łomża, Bielsk Podlaski). * Preparing procedures and documents Stage 3. Development and implementation of the Career Portal Stage 4. Conducting educational and professional consulting Task 2 Distribution of training vouchers – 9 offices. — Current analyses of labour market needs based on the sub-regional Board of Experts – employers, PUP, labour market experts, Chamber of Crafts, Izy Industrial and Commercial, CECH, Universities above).
