Integrated programme for the development of a lifelong learning system geared to the quality and needs of the regional economy under sub-measure 3.2.1

The main objective of the project is to raise the competences and qualifications of 3629 persons (1851 K, 1778 M) of adults from the Bialystok sub-region who are interested in upgrading skills on their own initiative, by granting ‘training vouchers’ by 30.06.2020. The subject of the competition are vouchers for training developing competences in the field of ICT and foreign languages and general competences. The project will also help in diagnosing needs and choosing the educational offer of people doross through educational and vocational guidance. The target group consists of 3629 people (1851 K, 1778 M)os adults, i.e. aged 18 years and over, residing in powiats: Sokólski, Białystok and Białystok of Podlaskie voivodship (Belastok subregion). At least 80 % of UP will be low-skilled and 50 people and 20 % of the PUP will be rural residents. Accessibility for people with disabilities will also be ensured by:accessibility of infrastructure – lack of architectural barriers, adapting the functionality of the portal to the submission of applications. Regional project offices (service points) will be located in the Białystok subregion. The recruitment form will be able to identify the specific needs of disabled persons, which, if possible, will be carried out by the operator during the provision of support.
