The aim of the project is to increase the competences and qualifications of 1311 (669K, 642M) adults from the Bialystok subregion, who are interested in raising skills on their own initiative, by providing so-called. ‘training vouchers’ by 30.06.2020. Support shall cover non-school forms of adult education, such as: vocational qualification courses and vocational skills courses and courses leading to the acquisition of professional qualifications (according to Annex 8 to the MMI in the field of monitoring the progress in kind of the implementation of operational programmes for the years 2014-2020) supplemented by educational and vocational guidance. The target group consists of 1311 (669K, 642M) adults, i.e. aged 18 and over, residing in accordance with the KC in the powiats: Sokólski, Białystok and Białystok of Podlaskie voivodship (the Białystok subregion), which will undertake education on their own initiative. The selection of the educational offer and the training institution will be based on the individual choice of the project participant. 20 % of participants in the project, i.e. 263 (135K, 128M) will live in rural areas. The support is aimed at people working, inactive, unemployed, learners or students. Support will be provided regardless of the level of education.
