The project includes reconstruction with the extension of the provincial road no. 645 – ul. Noowgrodzka in Lomza with road engineering facilities and necessary technical infrastructure, for a distance of 1,63 km: section from the junction with the street. Sikorski to the boundaries of the city. The project requires a partial extension of the existing road lane. A road with asphalt pavement, class G (as hitherto) is designed at a design speed of 50 km/h. The project also includes: — construction of a footbridge for pedestrians and cyclists by the bridge on the river Łomżyczka, – construction of walk – bicycle and sidewalks, – reconstruction of individual and public exits and construction of additional turning lanes, – construction and reconstruction of bus bays, bus loop and crossings with the islands of asylum, – construction of street lighting, – reconstruction of existing rainwater drainage for approx. 711 m and construction of a rain canal with a diameter of 300-400 mm on the rest of the street, – reconstruction of networks that conflict with the projected investment (telecommunication, power, water and gas). Paramets planned for the asphalt pavement road: — technical class of the road: G, – design speed: 50 km/h, – traffic category: KR4, – width of the road: 7.0-10.25 m, also planned to demolish parts of the existing road bridge on Łomżyczek and increase the cross-section of the slab of the object and make reinforcement. For demolition of steel elements existing next to the railway bridge and construction of a footbridge in Łomżyczka for the needs of foot-bike traffic, over the existing structure.
