The project concerns the deep thermal modernisation of the public building: Municipal Office in Dąbrowa Bialystok in the period from the fourth quarter. 2017 to the fourth quarter of 2018 in one phase. The direct objective of the project is to improve the energy efficiency of the building by: reducing heating costs, which at the same time reduces the operating costs of the public body; raising awareness of the public buildings in terms of energy efficiency. The beneficiary of the Project will be j.s.t. – the Municipality of Dąbrowa Białostocka. The target group includes all employees of the building undergoing thermal modernisation (70 people) and interested persons visiting the building. As a result of deep thermal modernisation of the building (warming of the external walls of above-ground floors, cellars, ceiling, window and door replacement, ventilation and ventilation with heat recovery, modernisation of the heat source, modernisation of lighting in order to further reduce the demand for electricity from an external supplier, annual saving of energy costs will amount to PLN 95.8 thousand. Carbon dioxide emissions from the heating of the building will decrease dramatically after the coal boiler room has been shut down. The estimated decrease will be over 292 tonnes of CO2.
