Deep energy modernisation of Sokól County buildings

The beneficiary of the project is Powiat Sokólski. The subject of the project is a deep thermal modernisation of 4 public buildings and one municipal residential building in the Sokól district. The investment will include expenditure related to thermo-modernisation resulting from energy audits (qualified costs) and expenditure on additional works necessary to carry out during the investment (non-eligible costs). The project aims to protect the environment by reducing emissions of pollutants into the air by reducing energy demand. The effects of the project will be felt primarily by users of the buildings covered by the project (employees, students, residents of the municipal building, etc.), and indirectly all residents of the district. The project will result in improving energy efficiency and reducing CO2 emissions. Result indicators: — The amount of electricity saved – 61,72 MWh/year – The amount of thermal energy saved – 4 873.350 GJ/year Product Indicators: — Reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings – 4662256 kWh/year – Estimated annual decrease in greenhouse gas emissions – 441.584 tonnes CO2 equivalent – Number of energy upgraded buildings – 5 pieces. — Number of modernised heat sources – 1pcs. — The usable area of buildings undergoing thermal upgrade – 10861.12 m² – Number of RES installations made – 4 pieces. Total gross value of the project: 7 724 847.10 PLN. Eligible costs: 6 838 843.89 PLN. 85 % co-financing: 5 813 017.29 PLN. Period of in-kind implementation: Quarter II-2017 – IV quarter.2020.
