The object of the project is the removal (provision of specialised collection, transport, storage) and disposal of products containing asbestos located in 60 locations in the Municipality of Krasnopol, Sejny County. In particular, the scope of the planned work is as follows: — dismantling, transport and disposal of products containing asbestos from 22 properties owned by natural persons; — transport and disposal of products containing asbestos from 41 properties owned by natural persons. (in the case of 3 locations, the project concerns both the dismantling, transport and disposal of products containing asbestos, as well as the transport and disposal of dismantled components containing asbestos). In addition, the project included expenditure on the promotion of the project. The main objective of the project is to remove and dispose of products containing asbestos located in Krasnopol Municipality. The investment will contribute to the achievement of the output indicator: Mass of decommissioned and disposed of products containing asbestos – 170,21 Mg. The project implements the program for removing asbestos and materials containing asbestos from the area of Krasnopol commune, and indirectly the Azbest Country Cleaning Programme for the years 2009-2032 and will be implemented in the rural commune. The cost-effectiveness of the project shall be: 76 498,82 zł/170.21 Mg = 449,44 zł/Mg.
