The project plans to create high-quality, up-to-date, reliable and complete reference databases of public registers maintained by local government units within the framework of the State Geodesic and Cartographic Resources, in particular land and building registers (EGiB, real estate cadaster), databases of topographical objects (BDOT500) and geodesic records of land arms networks (GESUT) and making these data available in the form of e-services developed and implemented in the form of e-services. The project’s material scope includes: 1. Implementation of the modernisation of the land and buildings register, which is planned to: the modernisation of more than 1 200 registration areas with a total area of more than 680 000 hectares, consisting of more than 470,000 plots and over 140,000 buildings. 2. The creation of a GESUT database, in accordance with the conceptual model set out in the above-mentioned Regulation, covering more than 900 registration areas with a total area exceeding 45 000 hectares. 3. Creation of a BDOT500 database, in accordance with the conceptual model set out in the above-mentioned Regulation, covering nearly 1 900 registration areas with a total area exceeding 112 000 hectares. 4. Harmonise and ensure interoperability of data sets and related services referred to in point. 1 and 2, within the meaning of Article 7 of the Law of 4 March 2010 on the Infrastructure for Spatial Information, by exchanging and sharing data in GML format. 5. Conversion of the height warp to the PL-EVRF2007-NH system for the BD GESUT and BDOT500 created. 6. Creation of digital collections of documents and materials collected in the National Geodesy and Cartographic Resources, including measurement operations which are the basis for establishing and updating the EGiB, BDOT500 and GESUT databases to the extent necessary to achieve the objectives of the project. 7. Development and implementation of e-services providing public sector information.
