The project involves the implementation of a comprehensive PAL in Michałów, which is the first, socially innovative program of its kind planned in the perspective of 2014-2020 on the territory of the LGDPK, initiated by MGOPS. It is aimed at social activation using social inclusion instruments, environmental animation providing individualised support based on a path of reintegration created individually for each participant and the environment, taking into account the diagnosis of the problem situation, resources, potential and predisposition of project participants and the municipality. The project also assumes an environmental action using forms of social activation aimed at children from UP families, necessary to activate these people and their families. The project will support 30 adults, including 5 % of the disabled from the municipality of Michałowo and 36 children as accompanying support. UP support includes social work with the use of social contracts, training of social skills, psychological assistance, legal and civic support, trips and integration meetings, and the creation of the image of PPO participants. The project will support people at risk of social exclusion. Residents of Michałowo commune will belong to the group of UPs. The project will be implemented by MGOPS in Michałów. The LOCAL Activity Programme will be adopted by the Municipal Council Resolution in Michałów if the project is accepted for funding before signing the Project Co-financing Agreement. The project is innovative in the area of the municipality because such activities of this kind have not yet been available to its inhabitants. The project agrees and integrates the objectives of the LGDPK LSR – Objective 1.1.1 and Objective 1.1.2 and 1.1.3, actions are coherent and complementary.
