The main aim of the project is to increase the activity and labour mobility of the residents of the Biabrzański Nature Dar 34os(21K) passive incl. municipalities: Grajewo, Radziłów, Rajgród, Szczuczyn, Wąsosz, Jedwabne, Przytuły, Bargłów Kościelny and the City of Grajewo remaining outside the labour market by providing support in the form of professional advice, training, workshops and internships until the end of IX 2019. The project is aimed at socio-occupational activation, providing comprehensive and individualised support for each person, taking into account the problem diagnosis, resources, predisposition, needs of the LAG. Each UP project will use support in line with identified IPD needs. The project consists of 34os(21K) of inactive communes belonging to the Biebrzański Dar Natury LAG, which is 30 years of age and at the same time is in a particularly difficult situation on the labour market (i.e. after 50 or a woman or a disabled person or a low-skilled person). The project will carry out the following tasks: Individual professional counseling, creation of IPD, Vocational Training, Personal Development Workshops, Workshops active job search, Job brokerage, internship. The scope of the project support is in line with the conditions set out in the call notice on the basis of the Guidelines for implementing ESF measures in the labour market area for the period 2014-2020 and the relevant IZ/legal regulations regarding the type of project/form of support planned in the project. Support fits in with the Local Development Strategy. Under the conditions of the SzOOP, the applicant is not excluded from the possibility of receiving support; for the recreation phase.
