The need for the project results from the analysis of the problems faced by the local community of Krasne commune, where the project will be implemented. The main problems are:• The low level of use of public e-services, e.g. due to poor offer not matched to current needs • Insufficient access to services in the most sensitive areas of everyday life (education, taxes and fees)• Unsustainable access to information and administrative procedures due to the provision of services in the most sensitive areas of everyday life (education, taxes and fees) is the lack of access to information services in the field of the services provided by the services in the field of the services provided by the Office. — modernisation of logical networks in the building of the Municipal Office – supply of hardware infrastructure to the Municipal Office – delivery of devices and provision of communication with subordinate units- modernisation and extension of field systems- launching tools supporting the implementation of e-services- launching public e-services in the Municipality- integration of IT systems with the platform of e-services.The result of the project will increase the number of cases – services implemented in the Office with the use of electronic tools, which will be reflected in the increase in the number of digital downloads of applications and public services.
