Modern e-services in the municipalities of Ropczyce and Wielopole Skrzyńskie

The aim of the project is to make new e-services available and to increase access to digital public sector information (hereinafter: (ISP) by municipalities: Ropczyce and Wielopole Skrzyńskie. In addition, the project aims at improving management and saving administrative processes and services.The project units will provide a total of 69 new e-services related to: support for payments to JST offices, area of taxes and levies, spatial management, scholarships and benefits (last for It is a social participation. Launched public e-services will have a high level of maturity. They will focus mainly on frequently handled issues, their selection was preceded by an examination of the needs of stakeholders (including a survey of residents).In order to launch e-services, the integration of IT systems of JST implementing the project will be commissioned (in order to create integrated systems in both JSTs – further: ZSI), modernisation of domain systems and database software, purchase and implementation of software dedicated to providing e-services (including specialised portals) and the equipment necessary to carry out tasks planned in the project (including database and application servers (3 pieces), disk matrix). In addition, it is envisaged to modernise the network infrastructure of the authorities implementing the project to the extent necessary for the provision of e-services. Digitally available PSI will concern spatial data, public registries and reporting nature. In order to increase access to digital ISPs, digitisation of selected ISP resources will be commissioned to equip JST with appropriate ISP management software, make available ISP resources to the portal, as well as APIs for re-use in other systems.
