The need for the project results from the analysis of the problems faced by the local community of Krasne commune, where the project will be implemented. The main problems are:• The low level of use of public e-services due to the poor offer not matched to current needs • Low level of digitisation of spatial information resources of the commune• Not sufficient information about available e-services • The lack of tools to actually use implemented e-services• Fracks in the IT infrastructure (equipment) preventing the use of existing resources, and even more so the development of existing digital resources for entrepreneurs is the development of existing digital resources. This objective will be achieved by: — supply of hardware infrastructure to the Municipal Office – modernisation and expansion of domain systems – launching tools supporting the implementation of e-services – launching public e-services in the Municipality – digitisation of spatial resources of the Municipality of Krasne. As a result of the project, 18 e-services will be launched, including 12 at level 3, 4 e-services at least 4, and 2 e-services of type A2A.The project will result in an increase in the number of cases – services carried out in the Office using electronic tools, which will be reflected in the increase in the number of downloads/playbacks of documents containing public sector information and an increase in the number of users of digital tools.
