The main objective of the project is to reduce the energy consumption needed for the operation of 7 public buildings in the municipality of Solina: Ensemble of Schools in Wołkowyi, Primary School in Berezka, School Complex in Bóbrka, G.Z.K in Polańczyk as ineligible costs, Municipal Office in Polańczyk, Primary School in Myczkowce, Village Culture House in Myczkowce. The project concerns the reduction of heat consumption for building heating and CWU. The additional objective of the project is to increase the share of renewable energy sources in electricity production by making photovoltaic installations for own use of 2 buildings, heat in the form of solar collectors to CWU, GHP heat pump and 4 biomass boiler rooms. In connection with the implementation of the material scope of the project, the costs for the heat and electricity supplied to buildings will be reduced. The buildings are located in the municipality of Solina, the total heated area of the buildings is 6190.60 m². In the current state of the building, the buildings need to be modernised, as building divisions and window and door carpentry do not meet the applicable technical requirements for thermal insulation. As part of the actual implementation of the project, a number of modernisations are planned, consisting of: insulation of external and foundation walls, warming of stropodaches and ceilings, replacement of old window and door joinery, modernisation of heating and CWU systems with new heat sources. In addition, RES installations in the form of photovoltaics with a total power of 10 KW, solar collectors with a total power of 21 KW, GHP heat pumps with 120 KW heating power and 4 biomass boiler rooms with a total power of 565 KW are planned. The construction and installation works discussed will result in energy-modernised buildings, reducing final energy consumption by 1172.72 MWh/year, thereby reducing CO2 emissions to the atmosphere in the amount of 425.16 tonnes/year.
