The project concerns a deep energy modernisation of 2 buildings SP ZOZ in Skolyszyn:1. Health centre in Skolyszyn with usable area = 1025,72 m².2. The Health Centre in Harklowa with a usable area = 666.33 m².The direct objective of its implementation is to increase the energy efficiency of health care buildings in Harklowa and Skolyszyn. This will be due to the adoption of such measures as: — warming of external walls, ceilings, – replacement of door and window joinery, – modernisation of central heating systems – replacement of heating installations, – other accompanying works. All tasks planned to be carried out as part of the project are aimed at supporting energy efficiency and intelligent energy management in the public infrastructure in the municipality of Skołyszyn. This will reduce energy demand in the buildings concerned, thereby reducing energy supply costs and reducing CO2 emissions. The general objectives of the project are:+ improvement of the technical condition of public utility facilities;+ increase the thermal comfort felt by users of these facilities;+ rationalisation of energy supply costs;+ reduction of air pollution. The above objectives will be achieved through high quality performance. It was planned that during construction and installation works, an investor supervision inspector would be employed, and after completion of the works, a thermal imaging examination of the thermal insulation layers of the building and post-execution audits verifying the parameters of thermal energy consumption in modernised buildings will be carried out. Among the main benefits that directly derive from the project activities are the following: — deep thermal modernisation of public buildings; — improving the appearance of buildings – refreshed, aesthetic facade.
