The project includes energy modernisation of buildings: 1. “Public Primary School in Pilchów”. — 1119.23 m², reduction in computational energy demand – 50.40 %), 2. “People’s House in Skowirzyn”. — 660.60 m², reduction in computational energy demand – 60.45 %), 3. OSP firehouses in Kotowa Wola (U.S. — 874.83 m², reduction in computational energy demand – 76.60 %), 4. Municipal Office in Zaleszany (Pow. — 600.79 m², reduction in computational energy demand – 60.28 %), 5. “People’s House in Obojnia”. — 249.86 m², reduction in computational energy demand – 61.41 %), 6. Administrative and office building together with the Health Centre in Zaleszany (the above. — 551.44 m², reduction in computational energy demand – 61.93 %), 7. OSP firehouses in Turbi. — 852.90 m², reduction in computational energy demand – 74.06 %. The direct objective is the energy modernisation of public buildings. The project is a response to the needs of residents, which are connected with increasing the functionality of public utility facilities, e.g. by warming buildings, replacing door and window carpentry, modernisation of central heating installations. The implementation of the project will reduce the energy intensity of buildings of 7 public utility buildings in the Zalesszany Municipality. The planned modernisation works will reduce the consumption of electricity and heat, which will have a positive impact on the environment, comfort of buildings and reductions in their maintenance costs. As a result of the project, the estimated decrease in greenhouse gas emissions is expected to be 170.26 tonnes of CO2 equivalent per year (year 2018). In addition, the annual energy cost savings should be PLN 126 675.35 per year in 2018.
