The general objective of the project is to improve the technical conditions of public buildings of the Municipality of Krasne and reduce energy losses and reduce emissions. The project provides for the modernisation of three public utility buildings of the Municipality of Krasne. The municipal office is located on the plot no. 1353/2. The school complex in Malawa is located on plot no. 1037/6. The building marked as OSP in Palikówka is located on plot 837. The buildings will undergo a thorough thermal modernisation. OSP Palikówka: warming the walls, ceiling, floor on the ground and replacing some windows and doors in poor technical condition. In addition, the CO and CWU heat source will be replaced into a condensation furnace for natural gas as well as mechanical ventilation with heat recovery in the form of two switchboards with instrumentation. The building of the Municipal Office will have warmed exterior walls and ceilings, listed windows and doors. A new heat source will be a high-efficiency gas pump cooperating with climateconvectors with precise regulation of air performance and temperature, peak demand will be complemented by condensation gas furnace.In the ZS building in Malawa, insulation of the facade and ceiling will be carried out and the CO regulation will be carried out after the thermal modernisation. The project will bring: decrease in greenhouse gas emissions (tonnes of CO2 equivalent) = 234.78, thermal energy savings (GJ/year) = 1 530.99, reduction in final energy consumption (GJ/year) = 1785.11,reduction of annual primary energy consumption in public buildings (CI 32) (kWh/year) = 685340, saving energy supply costs (PLN/year) = 87 171.26 and RES energy production – thermal [GJ/year]=236,592.
