The subject of the project is the construction of a mechanical and biological sewage treatment plant in Błonie and the construction of sanitary sewage system in Podole. Membranes and Podole are two of the 10 villages, which together with the city of Przecław constitute the Commune of Przecław. They are located in the Agglomeration Przecław. The low level of drainage of the commune-(32.3 % in the commune when 68.7 % in the voivodship) is a cause of many threats to the environment and to the inhabitants, it is necessary to continue the sewage process of the commune. However, this is not possible due to the technical condition of the existing sewage treatment plant and its capacity. The existing treatment plant serving the entire agglomeration of Transmission does not comply with the standards set out in the Council Directive of 21 May 1991 on urban waste water treatment. These problems will be addressed by the implementation of this project. Its main objective is to ensure the treatment of municipal waste water in the agglomeration of Transcław in accordance with the requirements of Directive 91/271/EEC and to increase accessibility to the system of collective sewage in the transcław agglomeration primarily in Podole. As a result of the project, a mechanical and biological sewage treatment plant in Błoń with a target capacity of 1010 m³/d will be created. As part of the project, 2 biological reactors, technical building, storage tank of excessive sludge, sewage pumping plant, tanks averaging sewage and transport sludge, measuring well, raid tray, stations: sink and hook lattice, building for generator generator, dumpster, foundation for silo for lime, well of technological water. Technology and technological equipment will be delivered together with the installation and commissioning of waste water treatment. The treatment plant will be equipped with the necessary installations. The project also includes the construction of 8.27 km of sanitary sewage system in Podól (the pumping station district from P4 to P8). There will be 5.24 km of collectors, 1.51 km of connections, 1.52 km of pipelines.
