“Expansion of the sewage treatment plant in Lipa with a pipeline of treated sewage”

The main objective of the project “Expansion of waste water treatment plant in Lipa with a pipeline of treated sewage” is to improve waste water management in the municipality of Zaklików.The project includes the extension of the sewage treatment plant in Lipa with a pipeline of treated sewage. Existing sewage treatment plant with a capacity of approx. 150 m³/d was built to serve the canalised areas of Lipa. Scope of the project consisting of the extension of the sewage treatment plant in Lipa Municipality of Zaklików planned to be implemented in Lipa, including properties marked in the land register under the registration number: 525/1, 520, 521/1, 646, 519/1 includes the expansion of e.g. sewage pumping plant, blocked sieve with sandbox, purified sewage pumping plant, STO reactor and internal hardened square. New facilities planned to be built as part of the project include, among others, sewage storage tanks with flood pumps, 3 SBR reactors, PIX dispensing system, sludge drainage systems. The project also envisages strengthening the Złodziejka River at the site of the planned outlet of waste water purified at the length of 20 m. the extended treatment plant will be maintained in the existing technological system, i.e. mechanical and biological sewage treatment plant with biological treatment process based on active sludge in the SBR system. It is proposed to use mechanical dehydration of the sludge oxygenally stabilised on a belt press with a line for hygienic lime. As part of the project, the efficiency of the working treatment plant (from currently approx. 150 dm³/d) to a capacity of 300 m³/d will be increased. Purified wastewaters will be introduced into the waters of the Złodziejka River, to which a 468 m long pipeline will be operated as part of the project.
