Programme to improve the cleanliness of the river Wisłoki river basin – Stage IV – Black Municipality

The main objective of the project is to increase the proportion of the population using the sewage treatment system and protect the environment by improving the cleanliness of the Wisłoki river basin in the Black Commune. Through the implementation of the project “Programme to improve the cleanliness of the river Wisłoki-Stage IV-Black Commune” the sewage treatment plants in Black and Głowaczowa will be rebuilt and expanded. There will be an increase in the capacity of the sewage treatment plant in Głowaczowa to Qśrd=500 m³/d, reduction of odour treatment plant nuisance and hygiene of dehydrated sludge, as well as increased throughput of the sewage treatment plant in Czarna to Qśrd=470 m³/d. Black agglomeration – RLM number 3450. The head agglomeration – the RLM number is 4911. The extension of the sewage treatment plant in Czarna to 470 m³/d will allow the connection of 12 residential buildings within the framework of the project. The extension of the sewage treatment plant in Głowaczowa to 500 m³/d will allow the connection of 12 residential buildings within the project.As part of the project, a new sewage system will be created in the municipality of Czarna. Thanks to the project, access to the sewage network of residents of the commune will be equalised, which will increase investment attractiveness and the standard of living of residents. Improving the state of waste water infrastructure will contribute to increased competitiveness, inter alia, by supporting the development of environmentally-respect companies. In addition, the environment will be improved by, inter alia, increasing the quality of groundwater and surface water.
