The project’s direct objective is to increase the attractiveness and accessibility of cultural goods in the municipality of Solina.The general objectives of the project are to increase participation in the culture of inhabitants of the region and tourists, improve the quality and accessibility of cultural services in Bieszczady and high attractiveness of the offer of the created Regional Cultural Centre in Myczków. The project will include the expansion and reconstruction of the existing service building in Myczków, together with the adaptation of some of the rooms to the function of the Regional Cultural Centre.As part of the task, functional support for the museum building was designed, by increasing the area for cultural and exhibition purposes and adapting the facility to new cultural and educational functions. The cultural institution will receive a new functional quality suitable for the planned development of cultural resources and cultural education for all defined users, including: local community, tourists, people with disabilities. The museum building has designed technical and technological solutions to reduce final energy consumption and CO2 emissions to the atmosphere (exchange of heat source into condensation boiler, installation of thermostatic heads, structural warming of the built staircase, warming of the attic floor). The project aims to help solve problems related to the very limited local conditions of the Boyk Culture Museum in Myczków, high energy consumption in the museum building, the unused spaces for conducting and developing cultural activities, shortages of equipment for making available and disseminating cultural heritage resources, conducting cultural activities and cultural education, development of the environment within the museum.
