The objective of the project is to: protection and preservation of cultural heritage through the reconstruction and introduction of technological solutions of great importance for further cultural activities in the Centre for Documentation and History of the Tadeusz Kantor Museum Region. The intermediate, long-term objectives, expected to be achieved in the long term, are defined as follows: • Development of the cultural programme of the Centre for Documentation and History of the Tadeusz Kantor Museum Region, which is important for the protection and dissemination of cultural heritage; • Promotion of culture and cultural education at regional and national level; • Development of the so-called creative industries and cultural industries in Wielopol Skrzyński and the Ropczycko-Sędziszów district – according to the European Commission’s assumption that companies with related industries are developing around investments in the field of culture, supporting and promoting cultural activities (advertising, design, graphics, poster, media, etc.); • Increasing revenues in the cultural, creation and cultural tourism sectors. Main elements of the project:1) construction works in the area of reconstruction of the old rectory building – Kantor’s Department of Documentation and History of the Region – Tadeusz Kantor Museum, together with changes in the use of part of the attic and elements of land development. The scope of the works includes works improving the energy efficiency of the facility, as well as installations improving the safety of the monument,2) the delivery of supplies aimed at the arrangement of the exhibition space (does not include the purchase of exhibits which will be lent to the heirs and Cricoteka in Krakow) together with the delivery and assembly of multimedia equipment, 3) adapting the facility to the needs of disabled people by applying an entrance to the facility and a toilet on the ground floor adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
