The main objective of the project is to improve the transport accessibility of the southern part of Podkarpackie voivodship, in particular the Bieszczady region, in road traffic. Moreover, the implementation of the investment will lead to better communication of the Leskie Poviat with the rest of the voivodship, and thus contribute to improving the transport accessibility of these areas and increasing the communication coherence of the region.The project includes the reconstruction/expansion of the voivodship road No. 894 on the Hoczew – Polańczyk section. The scope of the project covers 2 tasks:1. Construction of a roundabout in Polańczyk at the intersection of voivodship road No. 894 with municipal roads ul. Rural and St. It’s a spa2. Reconstruction/expansion of DW 894 on the section Hoczew – Polańczyk, i.e. from km approx. 0 + 000 (in the area of the intersection with DW 893 in Hoczew) to km about 11+ 100 in Polańczyk (from the project the section DW 894 approx. 0 + 270 was excluded by approx. 0.05 km including a bridge over the river Hoczewka). The scope of works planned for this investment includes:- Reconstruction/expansion of the existing provincial road to the following parameters: Z/G road class, load capacity of min. 100 kN/axis;- Reconstruction/construction of engineering facilities – bridges and culverts on mountain streams to adapt them to the load class: A (50 tonnes) including the construction of touring facilities;- construction/expansion/reconstruction of crossings including: roundabout in the city of Polańczyk, intersections of voivodship roads no. 893 and 894 in Hoczew, roundabout in Myczków;- construction/reconstruction/development of pavements and bus bays;- construction and reconstruction of existing equipment and elements for draining the road;- reconstruction/protection of technical infrastructure conflicting with the investment, construction/reconstruction of street lighting.
