Construction and reconstruction of municipal road No. 106298R Desert-Paszczyna

The subject of the project is the execution of construction works consisting of the construction of the municipal road No. 106298R of the Desert-Paszczyna relations in km 0 + 233.00-1 + 080.00 and the reconstruction of the indicated road in km 0 + 000.00-0+ 233.00 1+ 080,00-1+ 668,00 and 1+ 668,00-4+054,00, located in the villages of Desert, Brzeźnica and Paszczyna. The investment will be a direct link to the A4 motorway junction. The main objective of the project is to: improvement of transport accessibility and quality of road infrastructure in Dębica commune and surrounding communes. The project will improve road infrastructure in Dębica commune and increase transport accessibility of the voivodship in road traffic. The road will be built and refurbished for road traffic for, among others, residents of Dębica commune, in particular the villages of Pustynia, Brzeźnica and Paszczyna, tourists and entrepreneurs. And it’s also true. The material effect of the project will be the construction of a 0.847 km road section and the reconstruction of three sections of the road with a total length of 3.207 km. The project contributes to increased road safety, including safety improvement measures within the scope of the work: separation of space for light traffic, including the construction of a pavement, a bicycle path, a hardened side, construction of an elevated pedestrian crossing, installation of protective barriers along the edge of the road, positioning of signs against a fluorescent background. The project’s assumptions are in line with the guidelines set out in the Podkarpackie Region Spatial Development Plan – Perspective 2030 (Defence and Public Security, Improving communication accessibility of inhabitants of the voivodship and shaping the conditions of economic development in the field of spatial policy) and the objectives set out in the Strategic Adaptation Plan for sectors and areas sensitive to climate change by 2020 with a perspective up to 2030 (SPA 2020) – Objective 3: The development of transport in climate change conditions.
