The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of services provided in the spa treatment facilities in Rymanów Zdrój. The following investment works are planned under the project: — reconstruction of part of the building A1 of the Winter Spa Hospital (including reconstruction and arrangement of the children’s ward rooms);- reconstruction with warming and interior arrangement of the building of the Pigeon Spa Sanatorium;- creation and renovation of tourist and recreation infrastructure (renovation of the walking path, creation of a teaching path, construction of a children’s playground and a recreation centre). The planned reconstruction of Block A1 of the Winter Spa Hospital consists of the creation of a children’s ward located on three floors (i.e. floors 2, 3 and 4). The project aims to raise the standard of the hospital and will consist of providing the patient’s room with access to an individual bathroom and the management of rooms resulting from the regulation on the definition of requirements to be met by health care establishments and facilities, as well as in order to meet the requirements of ZUS and NFZ. The reconstruction is intended to improve functional conditions and improve safety conditions in the use of the building (smoking system of staircases).Designed reconstruction of the Pigeon Sanatorium includes, among others, warming of the roof panels with roof panels, warming of the ground floor, external walls including covering with facade boards, reconstruction of the plinth, replacement of main and side doors, replacement of new window windows. The scope of work includes the assembly of a passenger elevator, adapted for people with disabilities. Planned works include the reconstruction of indoor premises and the installation, including: water-channel and hot water, electric and lighting with LED luminaires, exhaust ventilation of sanitary rooms and air conditioning, reconstruction of the existing gas boiler, including installation of a condensation gas boiler.
