The main objective of the project is to develop health care services and recreational tourism by improving and expanding infrastructure in the area of Rymanów Zdrój. The project consists of the reconstruction and extension of the Anna Health Sanatorium (the investment will be used to adapt the building to the requirements of contracting) and to rebuild the historic building of physical therapy in the area of the Rymanów Zdrój Spa. The project is located entirely in the area of “A” spa protection in Rymanów Zdrój, in the area of the following plots:- No 439/1, the Rymanów Zdrój – Spa Sanatorium Anna, walking path, teaching path, playground and Naftusia Source (refurbishment of the mineral water drinker);- No 406/1, the area of the Rymanów Zdrój – a historic building of physiotherapy. The project improves the tourist attractiveness of the spa due to the renovation of the walking path, the installation of the teaching path, the construction of a children’s playground and the renovation of the spring of mineral water. The project is part of a larger investment project, while being consistent with other spa infrastructure projects carried out by the applicant. The service building will be used commercially after the reconstruction, and therefore this part of the investment is prepared under de minimis aid.
