The main objective of the project is to increase the availability and quality of health services in the region. This will be ensured by extension with the reconstruction of the existing hospital building with changes in the use of premises for central sterilisation, bed disinfection stations and operating block, adaptation of infrastructure for people with disabilities. This will ensure the high quality of services provided by the hospital and access to them for the residents of the county. Specific objectives of the project:- improving the treatment conditions, reducing the waiting time for the use of health services,- improving the quality and effectiveness of the treatments carried out- an increase in the number of treatments carried out and shortening the time of their execution by adapting the premises to the function of operating rooms,- reducing the failure and efficiency of work by adapting the infrastructure,- improving the working conditions and safety of medical personnel The Health Care Team project in Dębica assumes construction works, which will include: Department of General Surgery with a subdivision of Gastroenterology Branch of Trauma – Orthopaedic Surgery of Gynecological and Obstetrics with a subdivision of Oncological Gynecology Department of Ophthalmology. As part of the task, demolition of the existing building with laundry and kitchen, construction of a three-storey building with a basement in an elevated helipad will be carried out. Rooms for washing and disinfection of beds will be located in the cellars, on the ground floor there will be room of the operating block, on the first floor there will be rooms of central sterilisation. The building will be equipped with ventilation, central heating, electrical, medical gas installation, low current installation. The project will support the Health Care Team in Dębica. Through the implementation of the project, 4709 people will be covered by improved health services.
