Revitalisation in Solina commune – revitalisation of the municipal building after the former primary school, located on plot no. 486/5 in Myczków

The direct objective of the project is to improve the attractiveness of Myczków as a place of residence and rest.The object of the project is the revitalisation of the building after the former primary school in Myczków, including the extension, reconstruction and superstructure of the building together with changes in the use of the premises and the development of the surrounding area. After the investment, the main function of the building will be a public kindergarten (for 40 children) located on the ground floor of the building. It will have two rooms, a locker room, a social room, a room for educators and toilets. A children’s playground will be created outside. An additional storey will be added over the kindergarten, where the Municipal Centre for Ecological and Tourism Education will be established. It will be the facility for about 18 beds. The Centre will be managed by GOKSiT, which will prepare packaged residence programs aimed at the implementation of mountain tourism. In the part of the building fulfilling the described tourist function, there will also be a room dedicated to conducting business activities related to the functioning of the Centre. The subject of business activity will be the sale of promotional materials, information materials and souvenirs, as well as the service of tourist traffic. In the second wing of the building there will be a multifunctional hall with an area. 163 m² and a two-storey kitchen with equipment. The kitchen will be served by children attending kindergarten and will also provide kitchen facilities for the KGW. The hall will serve as a common room. The planned reconstruction of the building will also include the construction of two garages, and the rooms that will be built above them will be used as the facilities of the Municipal Rescue Coordination Centre. The headquarters will be permanently located there by ambulance and OSP from Myczków. In addition, during the summer season the headquarters of the Police and Water Rescue is planned. The building will be fenced. There will be 20 parking spaces.
