The direct objective of the project is to improve the situation of people at risk of social and occupational marginalisation and to improve the safety of residents. The general objectives of the project are an active and integrated local community, a developed spatial, functional and technical sphere, maintaining a high clean environment and increasing economic activity.The object of the project is the revitalisation of the undeveloped facility of the former guard of the Border Protection Army and the space functionally associated with it in the centre of Lutowiska. The project envisages the expansion of the existing building by adding a new wing from the voivodship road, as well as the reconstruction and superstructure of the existing building for the purpose of a service and residential building.The planned construction, expansion and superstructure of the building is planned to create and equip a motor rehabilitation point, police and medical rescue facilities, premises for economic activity (2 pieces) for the benefit of residents and 3 units. As part of the development of the site functionally connected with the facility, a public parking lot, space with elements of motor recreation equipment (external gym) and reconstruction of the access road to the building will be created. Management of the facility will be responsible for the subject of social economy, which will be created as part of the Programme for the Revitalisation of the Municipality of Lutowiska. Apart from the management of the facility and the area (current maintenance of cleanliness, aesthetics, greenery, repairs and repairs, service of tenants of premises) the social economy entity will have the opportunity to conduct other types of economic activity. It will be able to launch a rental of care, rehabilitation and support equipment, which will be an excellent complement to the offer of a motor rehabilitation point.As a result of the project, the facility covered by its scope will perform new social and economic functions.
