The direct objective of the project is to improve the availability and quality of social services for people at risk of poverty and exclusion due to disability, illness or older age, living in areas of revitalisation in the area of the MOF Sanok-Lesko.The project consists of 4 tasks carried out by 5 partners – Municipality of Sanoka, Municipality of Sanok, Municipality of Lesko, Municipality of Zagórz, Caritas Archidiecezja Przemyska. The municipality of Sanoka is the Leader’s Partner. The object of the project is the revitalisation of undeveloped objects and spaces connected with them functionally:Task 1:Creation of the Social Assistance House and the Centre of Daily Support for people with disabilities, single and elderly age in the village of Raczkowa in the municipality of SanokThe task of the task is the extension, reconstruction and overbuilding of the building in part of the Orchowa school in Raczkowa with a change of use to the Social Assistance House. Task 3:Assigning a new function to a part of the building of the Municipal and Municipal Centre for Culture and Sport in Zagórze, together with the improvement of the attractiveness, safety and functionality of the site functionally connected with the objectThe task is to adapt the premises in the building of the Municipal and Municipal Centre for Culture and Sport (MGOKiS) intended for the Active Senior Club with the development of the site functionally related to the building. Revitalisation of the former House of Culture for the purposes of social, care and educational activities together with the development of the area around the facilityThe task is to expand, rebuild, add and superstructure the existing building of the Culture House in Sanok for social activities – Caritas.
