The subject of the project is the extension, overbuilding and reconstruction of the Preschool building in Rzemen, together with internal installations, external sanitary installations and land development. The investment is located in plots no. 804/4, 804/5 located in the village of Rzemień. The village of Rzemień is one of 10 villages, which together with the town of Przecław constitute the Commune of Przecław. As of 31.12.2014, the municipality of Przecław had 11756 inhabitants. This figure shows a steady upward trend. One of the main problems to which this project is addressed is the low proportion of pre-school children, especially in rural areas of the municipality. It is only 40.60 % of children aged 3 to 5 years of age (according to 40.60 %). BDL data at the end of 2014) and is significantly lower than in Podkarpackie voivodship (73.6 %). In addition, the existing kindergarten in Rzemenno has insufficient teaching space, offers insufficient space for children and has kitchen facilities that do not meet the requirements of the Sanitary Service. Conditions for children in kindergarten require significant improvement. These problems will be addressed by this project. Its main goal is to increase the availability and efficiency of preschool education in the village of Rzemień through the expansion, reconstruction and superstructure of the kindergarten building in Rzemen. The objective of the project is consistent with the educational objectives and objectives of the ESF in the field of education. As a result of the implementation of the project 1, the facility (preschool Rame) will be supported by EU assistance. The building will be expanded with a director’s room, 2 classrooms, a corridor, 2 bathrooms, a warehouse and two washrooms. The existing premises will be rebuilt and adapted to new regulations. Superstructure will be made in the form of a new roof. The facility will be adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. As a result of the project, twenty new places will be created for children, with which the number of seats in the supported infrastructure will amount to a total of 90 h
