Aim of Project Mon. “Expansion of the gymnasium at Głobikowa ZS” is a comprehensive solution to problems related to the under-equipment of this educational institution managed by the Municipality of Dębica. The project aims to reduce disparities in access to education between rural areas and cities, reduce the number of school groups, better adjust daily and weekly schedules. Raising the level of knowledge and professional skills of residents of the Dębica commune is particularly important, due to the progressive economic development and the provision of basic infrastructure (channelisation, roads) for new commercial locations in its territory. This situation is conditioned, among other things, on the development of local settlements in Dębica and enterprises cooperating with entities operating in the Dębic district. This project covers the following investment tasks: Expansion of the ZS teaching facility in Głobikowa with a gym area of 363.46 m² and dimensions of 24.15 x 15.05 m and heights from 6.65 to 10.04 measuring from floor level to the lower surfaces of wooden roof structures. In addition, the building will have additional teaching, technical and sports rooms and four guest rooms. The facility will be built at the existing School Complex (elementary school and junior high school), with which it will be connected by a ground-floor link. The building in the part where the gym is located will be a ground-floor building with an internal gallery, the educational and technical part of the facility is two-storey. Purchase of ICT and didactic equipment for the natural laboratory in Głobikowa ZS. The abovementioned infrastructure and computer equipment relates to school facilities managed by ZS in Głobikowa and will serve teaching activities for pupils attending the educational establishments of the municipality.
