By 31.08.2018 increasing the availability of comprehensive family support services for 17 families (57 people, including 26 children) from the municipality of Niwiska through work with family and the creation of a Daily Support Centre (PWD) The target group of the project is 17 families living in the Niwiska commune, i.e.: 31 Parents: (15 fathers and 16 mothers) and their 26 Children (18 boys and 8 girls) benefiting from social assistance in accordance with the Act of Law. IT’S 12.02. 2004 on Social Welfare (Dz. U. of 2015, pos. 163 as amended) or are eligible for social assistance, i.e. they meet at least one of the conditions set out in Article 7 of the above-mentioned Act. The following tasks will be carried out as part of the project: 1. Launching the Daily Support Office 2. Family Support Programme – Work with the Family 3. Delivery of services in the Children’s Assistance Centre in the form of care 4. Implementation of services in the Daily Assistance Centre in specialised form As a result of the above-mentioned tasks in the Niwiska commune, 1 Day Support Centre will be established, providing social services for families and existing after completion of the project adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. — 17 families/31 adults at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be covered by social services – 26 children from these families at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be included in activities developing at least 2 of the 8 key competences – 19 children from these families at risk of poverty or social exclusion will be covered by specialised activities, i.e. group and individual therapy: social therapy, logotherapy, corrective and compensatory classes, psychological therapy, pedagogical therapy.
