Education as an opportunity for development

Main objective and results: Until 30.06.2018r. Increase the efficiency and attractiveness of education in 4 SP from the area of 2 Rural Municipalities, i.e. Niwiska and Majdan Royal in terms of: — Development of key competences necessary on the labour market at least 85 % of pupils and pupils of these schools (from 227 U/96dz), with particular regard to the development of appropriate attitudes and social competences, learning skills, initiatives necessary for the proper functioning of various professional and social roles in min. 90 % of pupils/engineers from classes 6 (47 out of 52U) and natural competences in min. 85 % U (from 88 U) – Preparation of the resources/care of teachers in the above-mentioned schools for the implementation of targeted activities * Application of methods and forms conducive to shaping and developing key competences in pupils: at least 95 % of teachers (from 27 N/23K) * Application of the experimental method in the teaching of natural subjects: min. 95 % Teachers (from 4 N)/4K) *Using and turning ICT tools into the learning process: min. 95 % Teachers (from 35N/30K) – Equipment/equipment of 4 SP with ICT tools and equipment, school workshops for teaching natural subjects with teaching aids – as an element supporting the development and development of key and natural competences of GD: 227 Students in the SP in Wola Rusinowska, SP in Niwiska, SP in Kosovo and SP in Przyłęk located in two rural communities (Maidan Royal and Niwiska) and 35 N/30 K general subjects employed in the above schools. The following tasks will be implemented as part of the project: 1. Implementation of classes aimed at developing key competences together with the preparation of teachers and the creation of appropriate conditions (purchase of teaching aids and ICT tools) 2.Implementation of educational and professional advice 3.Implementation of classes using experimental methods and experiences in natural subjects, equipment of natural laboratories and preparation of teachers of natural subjects for their realisation
