Main Objective Project "School of the Future. Modern rural schools in the metropolitan area of Rzeszów" until 30.06.2020. increase the efficiency and attractiveness of education in 2 primary schools (hereinafter SP) from the area of Krasne commune through the implementation of: —improving training 52 Teachers (hereinafter N) – additional/extracurricular activities for 460 U (hereinafter U), including 212 Girls (hereinafter referred to as Dz) -equipment of 2 SP with ICT tools and equipment, equipment of school workshops for teaching natural subjects with the help of didacts. The objective will be achieved during the implementation of the 4 planned tasks: 1.PROGRAM EXCELLENT SKILLS AND COMPETENCES INCL. 52N 2.PROGRAM SHAPING AND DEVELOPING KOMPET. Key U 377 pupils 3.Equipment of school natural subjects in 2 SP 4.EQUIPMENT 2 SP for teaching aid and ICT TRAINING As a result of the implementation will be: —development of key competences necessary on the labour market at least 85 % In these schools (from 460U/212Dz), especially taking into account the development of attitudes and competences of the community, the ability to learn, initiative and natural competences -increase of competences N general subjects from 2 SP in: *Using ICT tools in the learning process: min. 95 % N (from 52N/32K) *Application of development methods in U key competences: min. 95 % N (from 52N/32 K) *application of the experimental method in the teaching of natural subjects: min. 95 % N (from 7N/7K) -equipment of 2 SP with ICT tools and equipment, school workshops for teaching natural subjects – ensuring high quality educational conditions including especially strengthening the aspirations of young people to continue education at secondary and higher levels against the background of the metropolitan area of Rzeszów Proj. responds to problems identified in the diagnosis made and is the basis of their solution, assumes comprehensive support (increasing the competence of N, conducting new equipment, equipping schools, etc.)
