Diagnosis of the needs in the field of pre-school education Gm.K-na (Order 15/2016 of the commune of Kościerzyna on 22.03.2016), in the perspective of 3 years, showed the need to increase the availability of preschool ed. for children, among others, from Nowy and Maly Klincz. As part of the project, a kindergarten in Nowy klincz will be established for 20 places, in adapted premises located at the Primary School in Nowy klincz, owned by the Applicant. Children aged 3 to 5 will be admitted to kindergarten in the school year 2017/2018 under the rules of recruitment. Costs will be incurred for adapting the premises, equipping the kindergarten with furniture and necessary equipment, including ICT as well as teaching aids, toys and external playground. Sustainability will be ensured through at least 3 years of kindergarten, where the first year will operate with the DOF. IT’S THE EU. The diagnosis also showed the need to improve the quality of preschool education in Gm. K-na. The project includes additional classes for 150 preschool children from Wielki Klincz, Nowy Klincza and Skorzew, strengthening attitudes and development of competences of children. Additional activities will be conducted above those carried out by the PLO during the last period. It’s 12 months. The limit of 30 % of the direct costs for additional classes will not be exceeded. Activities supporting development and education will include 90 children with special needs in speech therapy and correction and compensatory activities. PPP project partner in K-no 2 times will perform speech therapists.-pedagogic screening of 5-6 year old children, which will allow optimally to identify children in need of specialty. ICT tools will be used as part of the add-on. After the start of the department. kindergartens, these children will also be offered an additional offer of development and education.If necessary, a mechanism of rational improvements for children with disabilities will be applied.
