The project is addressed to: —1363 (677K and 686M) pupils of schools and institutions for whom the Lumbor County is the host body, -85 (64K and 21M) teachers of the above schools and institutions. The aim of the project is to increase the attractiveness and quality of educational offer and the education process in the field of general education in favour of at least 60 % of subordinated schools/plac.ośw. The need to cover school support and the activities planned in the project result from the performed diagnosis and analysis of the individual situation of schools/posts. Objectives of the project: —Increase the level of comp. key necessary on the labour market in pupils and creativity and innovation -Increasing the development opportunities of pupils with special educational needs. —Increasing knowledge and skills of teachers in the field of preparation. for training comp. key. —Increasing the attractiveness of the offer of schools and classes through the introduction of modern tools and teaching aid. —Increasing the interaction of schools with the external environment, mi.n. with universities, cultural institutions, labour market institutions, help and integration community, entrepreneurs, org. non-governmental activities: —additional. geared to forming a comp. key, including: extra., outside, circles of interests, workshops, laboratories – advisory, including: individuals. and group activities – specialists. for pupils with disabilities. — trips to higher education institutions, visits to employers, meetings with PUP employees, co-organisers of meetings for people in need (PCPR, MOPS,OPS, DPS) – training and networks of teachers -purchase of modern teaching aid and ICT tools, equipment for teaching natural subjects and necessary specialist equipment. As a result of real.proj., at least 90 % of students acquire comp. key and 90 % of teachers acquire competence. The planned section is complementary to the prow. 12 months prior to the project – the scale of actions will not be reduced.
