The project is addressed to a group of 644 teachers. (neutral division into gender), includes 7 out of 8 schools, i.e.87.5 % of the district’s outposts. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of general education in ZSNr 1 (Gimn-89 student and LO-211ucz), in the Special School and Educational Centre (Gimn-26 student. and ZSZ-34ucz., Primary School- 9 students, School of Apprenticeship- 21 Teaching School) and ZSNr2 (Technikum254ucz.). In ZSNr 2, ZSZ, does not participate in the project. The diagnosis in 8 schools subordinated to the county showed the need for support in 7 schools. Carrying out actions aimed at developing competence. key. (ICT, extracurricular classes, workshops conducted in the form of experiments, workshops from entrepreneurs, workshops and study trips to Tricity, conducting professional counselling, (including a cufflink) cooperation with entrepreneurs. The proper path of beneficiaries will be supervised by the pedagogical guardian.-methodical. It is planned to buy studio equipment: infor-communication., chem., physic., biol., and software for these and other activities. In 2, the development opportunities of pupils with SPE and with disabilities and developmental disorders will be enhanced through: implementation of Idywidualni.pl classes, classes aimed at the development of positive educational and professional attitudes. Classes with psychologist and educator will be conducted as well as classes with students with developmental disorders. In this task, compensatory and compensatory activities from several subjects will be conducted. 3zad. will consist of teachers, educators, psychologists to complete the competences necessary to achieve the above objectives and additional activities for parents/carers.
