The project will be implemented on the premises of 2 schools of general education: Primary School No. 1 and Junior High School No. 1 in the commune of Człuchów in woj. It’s a Pomeranian. According to the School Directors carried out in XII.2015: SP 1 and Junior High School No. 1 in Człuchów with the diagnosis approved by the Mayor of Człuchów on 20.01.2016, support under the project will include 691 students (336K; 355M) and 61 teachers (50K; 11M): — 497 students and 40 teachers from SP No 1 in Człuchów – 194 students and 21 teachers from Junior High School No. 1 in Człuchów. The main objective of the project is to equalise the educational opportunities of 691 U.S. and to improve the quality of general education in 2 schools of general education of the municipality of Człuchów, supported in the project in the period 01.09.2016-30.06.2018 as a result of: — development of key competences needed on the labour market by 691 pupils in the implementation of additional extracurricular activities, – strengthening the development potential among 200 pupils with special educational needs as a result of individualisation of work with pupils – improvement of skills and professional competences of 61 teachers as a result of participation in training courses, workshops and postgraduate studies, – equipping the teaching base of schools supported with equipment and teaching aids necessary for the implementation of curricula. The project will also equip natural laboratories in both schools supported with experimental learning tools. Implementation of planned actions in the project responds to diagnosed needs and will contribute directly to improving the quality of general education in SP No 1 and Junior High School No 1 in Człuchów. The project is aimed at all schools under the Beneficiary.
