Pomeranian scholarship scheme 2015/2016 and 2016/2017

The support under sub-measure 3.2.2., type of project 2, is addressed to students from the Pomeranian Voivodship, especially talented in the field of natural sciences, IT, foreign languages, mathematics or entrepreneurship who continue to study in the school year in which the scholarship will be paid. The project will be attended by pupils who will be awarded a scholarship during the school year to be students of secondary and upper secondary schools, including pupils of primary vocational schools and technicians who are particularly talented in the field of general education. The recipients of the support will be pupils showing high results in science, IT, foreign languages, mathematics or entrepreneurship, and achievements in the Olympics and competitions. In addition, social criteria concerning, among others, the socio-economic situation of the student will be scored. The scholarship will be awarded in the amount of PLN 250, for a period of 12 months.During the project, a total of 817 scholarships will be awarded (402 scholarships for the period of 12 months of the school year 2015/2016 and 415 scholarships for the 12nd period of the school year 2016/2017). The student can be a scholarship holder in both the school year 2015/2016 and 2016/2017. The supported pupils will implement an individual educational plan (IPEU) developed in terms of actions to shape key competences. During receiving the scholarship, the student will be subject to the teaching care of a teacher, a school teacher or a professional adviser employed in the student’s school. The achievement of the IPEU objectives will contribute to the development of key pupils’ competences. In addition, the project will support at least 50 teachers, who will gain competence in diagnosing skills and working with highly gifted pupils. It’s a war.
