Improving the quality of vocational education in the Kwidzyn county – greater employability of pupils

The project is aimed at adapting the offer of vocational education in the Kwidzyn County (PK) to the needs of local and regional jobs.The aim of the project is to increase employment levels. 360 graduates of vocational schools. in PK. It is planned to support pupils (U) and teachers (N) 3 out of 4 professional schools. (OP) which educate in the industries key. for the county and the voivodship, taking into account the level of passability of professional examinations and the needs of employers from the PK area (affiliations/investigations). The first target of the project is 360 U of the above-mentioned schools. The key form of U support in the project are internships and apprenticeships. realisation of employers, courses, trainings and setup. on a comp. incl. (certificates/certificates/certificates), English professional, occupational laboratory in higher schools and workshop. The project is supported by 22 N of the abovementioned schools. For the group predictions. internships with employers, courses, excellent training, study podpl., spotk. with employers. The scope of the project results from making a diagnosis in terms of needs U (for lifting skills and gaining a qualification. occupation), N educating profession. (competition and qualifying profession) Resolution No. 135/16 of the Management Board of PK. with 16.06.16 The aim of detail. the project will be to increase the chances of 360 Vocational Schools. PK on success for the year of work, including: ZSP2-60U (from the industry of Light Chemistry), ZSP1-100 U (from ICT and electronics), CKZiU-160 U (from ICT and electrical industries), CKZiU-40 U (from the Energy and Ecoennerget sector) and professional competence adjustment. N to requirements for changing work, including ZSP2-4N, ZSP1-4N, CKZiU-10N, CKZiU-4N. The project is integrated with the project submitted under OJ 4.1.(RPPM.04.01.00-IZ.00-22-001/2016) and compliant with the scope of the strategist BC. Development of a network of higher education schools, including subregional needs. and regional work according to RPS “Active Pomerania” (Uchww. The Management Board of SWP 295/129/16 as amended. It’s an Uchw. 547/146/16 of 02.06.2016).
