Digital Future Techniques

The main objective of the project is to improve the quality and efficiency of vocational education, increase the employability of graduates.Detailed objectives: to improve the quality of vocational education by forming a network of vocational schools responding to local and regional needs, increasing the chances of pupils to succeed on the labour market, adapting the professional competences of teachers to the requirements of a dynamically changing labour market, increasing and systematising the cooperation of vocational schools with employers and universities, strengthening the attractiveness of the offer of vocational schools. As part of the project, pupils will be supported in terms of improving professional competences and qualifications, professional advice and teachers in the field of improving professional qualifications. The support will be covered by Technique No. 1, which is part of a school team called: Pomeranian Craft Schools. 3 teachers will be trained and 55 students will be supported in the field of skills improvement and participation in internships with employers, 2 teachers will train with employers. The key industry supported by the project is ICT and electronics-professional industries: digital Graphic Process Techniques. The activities planned for implementation in the project were planned on the basis of a diagnosis of needs approved by the Pedagogical Council on 22.04.2016.The project is integrated with the project submitted under Measure 4.1.pt. Purchase of equipment and software for improving the quality of vocational education in Technik No.1 in Gdańsk.The project is compatible with the scope of the strategic project entitled “Provision of the Management Board of senior vocational schools, which takes into account the needs of subregional and regional labour markets”. It’s 2016.
